Program Description
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to participate in our patient text messaging program. Messages are limited to communications related to scheduling, treatment, and billing for endodontic services we provide to you. We do not send promotional, marketing, or unrelated messages.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your appointments, treatment needs, and billing status. You will only receive messages that are relevant to your care at Heritage Endodontics. Messages are generally limited to one per day and no more than three per week.

Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan. Heritage Endodontics is not responsible for any charges assessed by your carrier.

Support Contact
For help or questions about this text messaging program, call us at (931) 259-4400 during business hours (Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM). You may also reply HELP to any message for assistance.

STOP Instructions
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from this program.
To resume messages after opting out, reply START or contact the office by phone.

Consent
Participation in the text messaging program is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving treatment at Heritage Endodontics, PLLC.

Security of Text Messages
Standard SMS text messages are not encrypted and are not a fully secure method of communication. By participating in this program, you acknowledge that text messages may be viewed by anyone with access to your mobile device. Please do not include sensitive clinical information in any text replies. For urgent dental concerns or to discuss detailed treatment information, please call the office at (931) 259-4400.

Message Delivery
We do not guarantee delivery of text messages. Delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network availability. Heritage Endodontics, PLLC is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Additional Terms
You represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided. We may suspend or terminate the program at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. We may update these terms periodically; continued participation indicates acceptance of any updates.
